POSTAGE & POLICIES

If our customers aren’t happy, then we’re not happy! To make sure our customers always have a positive WoolieCottage experience, we’ve designed a generous, fair and transparent store policy. Postage

All UK orders are sent as 2nd Class Royal Mail you can upgrade this to 2nd Class Signed for at an additional charge. UK customers will receive free postage on orders £35 or more.

Overseas Orders

USA, Canada & Australia aswell as Europe with be charged for International Tracked shipping weight dependant as to charge. This means that once in receipt of your tracking number you can follow your order from my dispatch straight to your door. * Please remember you are responsible for any customs fees you may be required to pay for orders outside your country please contact your customs centre for fees to pay.

*Note as postage prices vary due to weight to pricing set on Royal Mail infomation system, if once posted there is a over charge on your shipping  I shall refund the difference if the weight is over the shipping charge I shall cover the cost*
