How long does my order take to ship?

All products on the website are ready to post the next working day if your order has be made by 6pm UK time. If a custom order this can take up to 3 - 10 days depending on stock availablity and the amount required but this is discussed during the arrangement of the custom order. All orders are charged 2nd class Royal Mail pricing.

Do you offer international shipping? 

International order as welcomed and as UK if shop stock items they are posted out the next working day. Royal Mail are who we use for our orders. They are charged for Tracked International costs which vary due to weight.

You are responsible for your payment of customs for your postal service to release your order. So please keep that in mind I do try my best to be honest with cost to replace on the customs forms. I will not accept requests to add on Customs forms for it to be ticked as a gift this is illegal and I will be penalised as a business

What is your return policy

If your item has been damaged during transit please email with photos so a claim can be made against Royal Mail. I shall replace the item like for like or give a credit note code to the value of the order minus postage as that is paid to a 3rd party. Woolicottage is a small indiependent business unable to refund finacially. Hense we guarentee replacement and postage to the value.
